Kahuna wave comes ashore in Hanoi

Five months after the groundbreaking of the highly anticipated Kahuna Ho Tram Strip, its developer, the Ho Tram Project Company will hold a sales event called “Surf the Kahuna Wave to Prosperity” on the morning of 20 May at Meliá Hanoi Hotel, where it will be introducing its condotels and villas to Hanoi market for the first time.

Located under two hours from Ho Chi Minh City on a 2.2 kilometer private beach in the Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Kahuna Ho Tram Strip is a 244 key condotel and villa development comprising 164 condotel units housed in a 12-storey tower, along with 36 double-key villas and eight beach front villas, all available for long term lease.

Brought to market by the team behind the multi-award winning 541-room Grand Ho Tram Strip resort and casino, the Greg Norman-designed Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, recognized unanimously as the nation’s finest course, and the Gallery Villas residential complex which adorns the links-style course and is under construction at present.

The Ho Tram Project Company is currently at work on the interior fit-out of its second resort, the 559 room Beach Club, located on the site between The Grand and Kahuna.

Kahuna investors then have an unrivaled opportunity to share in the all of the excitement and entertainment that has made the Ho Tram Strip Vietnam’s hottest getaway. This includes monthly Ho Tram Sound Waves shows featuring the country’s hottest talent, which are frequently held fountain-side at the Fountains of Ho Tram, which dazzles audiences nightly.  The development also includes 13 restaurants and bars and countless entertainment opportunities encompassing everything from mini-golf to nightclubs.

With prices ranging between 2 billion VND for a condotel unit to 7.9 billion VND for a villa, investors are guaranteed a 8% return on the net sale price for the first two years and 9% for the following two. From the fifth year onward, investors shall receive 60% of the net rental revenue according to the Rental Pool   agreement. Investors also receive 21 nights free occupancy per year in their condo or villa.

The company is in active discussions at present with leading international group Wyndham to operate Kahuna Ho Tram Strip, and is also planning to develop a private, international airport located just 15km from the site to improve access for international visitors to the Ho Tram Strip.

Work commenced in March 2018 with Piling now complete on the Condotel building and will see Kahuna flanked by a waterpark, health center, amphitheater and a host of other world-class entertainment amenities.

The project is to be completed and brought into operation in 2019.


CƠN SÓNG KAHUNA TRÀN ĐẾN HÀ NỘI

Năm tháng kể từ sau buổi lễ khởi công dự án Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip, công ty TNHH Dự án Hồ Tràm (HTP) lần đầu tiên tổ chức sự kiện mở bán khu condotel và biệt thự của mình với tên gọi “Lướt sóng Kahuna đến thịnh vượng” dành cho các nhà đầu tư miền Bắc vào sáng 20/05 tại khách sạn Meliá. Dự án sẽ được phân phối bởi Thủ Thiêm Real.

CaptureNằm dọc 2,2 km bãi biển Hồ Tràm tuyệt đẹp (Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu), Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip 12 tầng gồm 164 căn hộ nghỉ dưỡng, 36 biệt thự sân vườn hai tầng tách biệt và 8 biệt thự bờ biển. Dự án condotel và biệt thự chỉ cách thành phố Hồ Chí Minh chưa đầy hai giờ lái xe trên đường cao tốc.

Trước dự án Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip, công ty HTP đã phát triển nhiều dự án bất động sản quy mô tại Việt Nam, gồm khu nghỉ dưỡng casino The Grand Hồ Tràm Strip 541 phòng năm sao, vốn được mệnh danh là khu nghỉ dưỡng phức hợp lớn và sở hữu nhiều giải thưởng nhất Việt Nam, sân gôn The Bluffs Hồ Tràm Strip phong cách links do gôn thủ huyền thoại Greg Norman thiết kế và khu biệt thự siêu sang Gallery Villas tuyệt đẹp nằm giữa sân gôn.

HTP hiện đang hoàn thiện trang trí nội thất cho resort thứ hai The Beach Club 559 phòng có vị trí nằm giữa The Grand Hồ Tràm Strip và Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip.

Theo đó, nhà đầu tư Kahuna sẽ có cơ hội hiếm có khi trở thành thành viên của siêu dự án Hồ Tràm Strip. Dự án tỷ đô này đang được đánh giá là điểm đến du lịch “nóng” nhất hiện nay với nhiều chương trình vui chơi giải trí đa dạng, nổi bật là sự kiện đêm nhạc hàng tháng của những ngôi sao hàng đầu Việt Nam Hồ Tràm Sound Waves tại sân khấu nhạc nước Fountains of Ho Tram.  Ngoài ra, các tiện ích vui chơi giải trí khác như chuỗi ẩm thực 13 nhà hàng Âu Á phong phú, sân gôn mini Putt-Putt 18 hố cùng nhiều hoạt động bãi biển đa dạng khác.

Với mức giá dao động trong khoảng 2 tỷ đồng đối với căn hộ tiêu chuẩn một phòng ngủ đến 7,9 tỷ đồng cho một căn biệt thự, nhà đầu tư được cam kết mức lợi nhuận cam kết lợi nhuận 8% một năm trên giá thuê ròng cho 2 năm đầu và 9% cho 2 năm tiếp theo. Sau đó, họ sẽ được hưởng 60% trong tổng doanh thu cho thuê ròng từ năm thứ năm trở đi. Ngoài ra, mỗi năm, nhà đầu tư sẽ được tặng 21 đêm nghỉ dưỡng miễn phí tại Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip.

Bên cạnh đó, chủ đầu tư hiện đang trong quá trình thương lượng với tập đoàn hàng đầu thế giới Wyndham để hợp tác quản lý dự án Kahuna Hồ Tràm Strip và kế hoạch xây dựng sân bay quốc tế tư nhân cách đó khoảng 15km nhằm hỗ trợ du khách nước ngoài đến với Hồ Tràm Strip dễ dàng hơn.

Dự án đã được khởi công vào tháng 03/2018 và đã hoàn tất phần đóng cọc. Trong tương lai, nhiều chương trình giải trí quốc tế cùng các tiện nghi giải trí mới như công viên nước, trung tâm chăm sóc sức khỏe và rạp hát ngoài trời 2.000 chỗ sẽ được phát triển xung quanh Kahuna.

Dự án dự kiến sẽ hoàn thành và đi vào hoạt động vào năm 2019.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer  will be responsible for creating visual elements, such as images, illustrations, and text, to communicate messages through digital, print, and other types of media.  

 

Experience:  2 years at minimum

Employment Type: Full time

 

SCOPE OF WORK

– Design advertising assets for marketing materials, digital banner/illustration for social channels, marketing documents

– Support editing, creating effects, video clips at basic functions

– Support activities that require proper visual such as Photography, filming, set-up, ..

– Support internal team to generate design ideas for content and marketing layout

 

QUALIFICATIONS

– At least 2-year experiences working in the same position (experience in agency is a plus)

– Excel in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

– Able to convey message / idea into design

 – Must have an creative “eye” to match client’s design guideline/style

– Supportive  and Proactive in working with minimum supervision

– Able to work under pressure to meet deadline

– English speaking is preferable

 

VIETNAMESE COPY WRITER

  • Monitoring  news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients
  • Preparing client reports by daily, weekly, monthly
  • Developing media materials, including news releases, client meeting summaries, articles quarterly/annual report and other written materials in English and Vietnamese
  • Supporting planning, developing and implementing PR plan
  • Building and maintaining media relations
  • Preparing and supervising the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programs upon request;
  • Supporting  organizing and managing client events, including press conferences, media tour,  promotional client events
  • Managing vendors to control production quality  on behalf of client
  • Collating, analyzing and measuring coverage outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive, quick minded, attention to details personality
  • Good copy writing skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Have the interest and drive to learn how to master the core skills and capabilities needed to deliver all aspects of a campaign
  • Design experience would be an advantage
  • Related experience in agency environment preferred

ACCOUNT MANAGER

This position is a key member of the team involving and managing multiple client accounts. While leading and supervising junior staff’s workload, Consultant (or as Account Manager) will be also seen directly managing (or supporting Senior Consultant with) wide range of clients, handling their public reputation through different PR campaigns.

Experience:  A minimum of 3-5 year PR experience in working in Corporate or Agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Structuring and implementing PR campaigns and media content, aligning them with the client’s key business objectives
  • Develop media materials, including news releases, articles and other written materials
  • Develop and maintain relationship with media network
  • Liaise with clients and act as key point of contact in support of senior consultants
  • Identify new business opportunities, and sell ideas, promotions and features to clients
  • Manage workloads of multiple projects
  • Organize and manage client events, including press conferences, media tour, promotional client events
  • Manage and supervise the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programmes upon request;
  • Supervise Account Executive’s workload, provide leadership and direction to the team on key activities and campaigns.
  • Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
  • Track and reconcile project fee and expense budgets
  • Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns
  • Monitor news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients
