LivWell and California Fitness expand collaboration to bring Employee Benefits closer to Vietnamese people with “One Life Live Well” campaign

LivWell and California Fitness & Yoga (California) firmed a partnership to create a unique health insurance and benefits solution for all of Vietnam.

LivWell and California are not strangers – they’ve partnered since 2020 with the aim of implementing a digital transformation of the member experience in California Fitness & Yoga and extend micro-insurance to all California members.

“Our goal is to create a wellness ecosystem that keeps people engaged with their health. If people are actively striving to be healthy, then we know they will get sick less often – and hence claim less,” said Pedro Baliza, CEO of Livwell Vietnam. But so far, this partnership has been of a limited scope. “Having partnered with California for most of our existence, we have learnt a great deal from their ecosystem. While we’ve been working together in the confines of California Fitness doors, we’ve now gotten to a point where we’re ready to start working together outside of that ecosystem too.”

“We see what LivWell has achieved in such a short time, and what it has brought to California Fitness already, which is why we are so excited to be a part of its expansion in the years ahead,” said Dean Ramos, COO of California Fitness. ”We will also be partnering with them on our “One Life Live Well” campaign which focuses on 4 key elements that make up a healthy and happy life, including: good connections, good eating, good exercise, and good fun, aiming to inspire and encourage people to make positive changes in their lives and exercise.”

The LivWell One bundle, that includes fitness, a branded fitness tracker, nutrition and telemedicine all serves to develop a profile of potential customers upon which premiums can be easily and openly calculated.

“We want to make pricing clear and transparent by using health data to map out who should be paying less for their insurance policy and provide them with a quote that is unique and tailored to their health patterns. This means most people will be able to save on their policies – and that is our end mission,” Pedro continued.

While the consumer side was one of its main focuses up until the beginning of this year, the company has also seen a major interest from corporates. LivWell reports that it is averaging over 20 new companies each month looking to onboard their staff for LivWell One, to the point where it is presently working to onboard a waitlist of enthusiastic corporations.

“2023 is shaping up as a banner year for LivWell,” Baliza continued. “The months ahead will see a series of new announcements that will expand our offerings in insurance and personal finance.”

LivWell và California Fitness & Yoga đã ký kết thoả thuận hợp tác nhằm mang lại lợi ích sức khoẻ độc đáo đến với người dân Việt Nam.

LivWell và California Fitness đã bắt đầu hợp tác từ năm 2020 nhằm thực hiện chuyển đổi số, nâng cao trải nghiệm tập luyện và cung cấp những hợp đồng bảo hiểm vi mô dành cho hội viên California.

“Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là tạo ra một hệ sinh thái bao gồm những dịch vụ bổ trợ cho nhau có lợi cho người dùng. Khi người dùng có điều kiện rèn luyện và nâng cao thể chất, gánh nặng tài chính cho việc đầu tư vào bảo hiểm sức khoẻ cũng giảm đi.” Ông Pedro Baliza, Tổng Giám đốc LivWell Việt Nam chia sẻ. “Qua nhiều năm hợp tác cùng California Fitness, chúng tôi đã học hỏi rất nhiều từ hệ sinh thái của họ. Trước đây, mối quan hệ hợp tác này chỉ nằm trong phạm vi hoạt động của California, nhưng giờ đây, chúng tôi đã sẵn sàng mở rộng ra ngoài khuôn khổ hệ sinh thái này”.

Ông Dean Ramos, Giám đốc Điều hành California Fitness cho biết: “Chúng tôi đã chứng kiến những thành tựu mà LivWell đạt được trong một thời gian ngắn, cũng như những lợi ích LivWell đem lại cho California Fitness. Đây là lý do vì sao chúng tôi rất vui mừng khi có thể luôn đồng hành cùng LivWell trong tương lai. Mùa hè năm nay, hai bên sẽ cùng hợp tác trong chiến dịch “One Life Live Well” – “Một đời sống khoẻ”, tập trung vào 4 yếu tố chính tạo nên một cuộc sống khỏe mạnh và hạnh phúc, bao gồm: kết nối không ngừng, dinh dưỡng toàn diện, chinh phục thử thách và tập luyện đỉnh cao. Chiến dịch này nhằm truyền cảm hứng và khuyến khích người dân Việt Nam trở nên tích cực hơn trong thói quen rèn luyện thể chất và nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống”.

Gói sản phẩm LivWell One bao gồm gói hội viên tại phòng tập, y tế từ xa, tư vấn dinh dưỡng và đồng hồ theo dõi sức khoẻ thông minh đều có thể được định giá một cách dễ dàng và công khai.

Ông Pedro cho biết thêm: “Nhiệm vụ chính của chúng tôi là mang lại tính minh bạch về chi phí và chất lượng bảo hiểm qua việc sử dụng dữ liệu sức khoẻ thực tế nhằm thẩm định nhu cầu, nhờ đó người dùng còn có thể tiết kiệm chi phí đầu tư này thông qua việc thực hành lối sống lành mạnh.”

Trước kia LivWell tập trung vào tệp người dùng cá nhân, bắt đầu với việc cung cấp gói bảo hiểm tai nạn cho các hội viên California Fitness và đã bán được hơn 51.000 hợp đồng vi mô cùng đối tác Allianz Partners. Gần đây, LivWell đã được Insurtech Connect – một tạp chí đầu ngành – đề cử là một trong 50 công ty công nghệ bảo hiểm hàng đầu ở Châu Á Thái Bình Dương. LivWell hiên nay đang có 160.000 người dùng thường xuyên.

Không chỉ dừng lại ở đó, đầu năm 2023, công ty đã nhận ra tiềm năng rất lớn từ các doanh nghiệp. Theo LivWell, họ đang có hơn 20 công ty tham gia vào chương trình mỗi tháng và con số khách hàng trong danh sách chờ vẫn đang tăng.

“2023 sẽ là một năm mang tính cột mốc đối với LivWell.” Ông Pedro tiếp tục chia sẻ. “Trong những tháng tới đây, chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục thông báo thêm về những gói bảo hiểm và sản phẩm tài chính cá nhân mới.”

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer  will be responsible for creating visual elements, such as images, illustrations, and text, to communicate messages through digital, print, and other types of media.  

 

Experience:  2 years at minimum

Employment Type: Full time

 

SCOPE OF WORK

– Design advertising assets for marketing materials, digital banner/illustration for social channels, marketing documents

– Support editing, creating effects, video clips at basic functions

– Support activities that require proper visual such as Photography, filming, set-up, ..

– Support internal team to generate design ideas for content and marketing layout

 

QUALIFICATIONS

– At least 2-year experiences working in the same position (experience in agency is a plus)

– Excel in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

– Able to convey message / idea into design

 – Must have an creative “eye” to match client’s design guideline/style

– Supportive  and Proactive in working with minimum supervision

– Able to work under pressure to meet deadline

– English speaking is preferable

 

VIETNAMESE COPY WRITER

Experience: You tell us! Were you a journalist before? Or were you just the kid that was always asked to read their stories to the class. We’d love to hear your story.

  • Experience in either editorial or creative copywriting
  • Existing media network would be advantageous
  • Ability to write on varied topics and for varied media (including traditional, social, online, web and so forth)
  • Spoken English definitely preferred but not essential

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

This position supports senior staff with agency’s client work across a diverse range of sectors. Not only will creative writing and translating skills need to be qualified but Account Executive also needs a good grasp of online social media practices.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Monitoring  news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients
  • Preparing client reports by daily, weekly, monthly
  • Developing media materials, including news releases, client meeting summaries, articles quarterly/annual report and other written materials in English and Vietnamese
  • Supporting planning, developing and implementing PR plan
  • Building and maintaining media relations
  • Preparing and supervising the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programs upon request;
  • Supporting  organizing and managing client events, including press conferences, media tour,  promotional client events
  • Managing vendors to control production quality  on behalf of client
  • Collating, analyzing and measuring coverage outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive, quick minded, attention to details personality
  • Good copy writing skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Have the interest and drive to learn how to master the core skills and capabilities needed to deliver all aspects of a campaign
  • Design experience would be an advantage
  • Related experience in agency environment preferred
  • Willing to travel when requested

 

 

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER

This position is a key member of the team involving and managing multiple client accounts. While leading and supervising junior staff’s workload, Consultant (or as Account Manager) will be also seen directly managing (or supporting Senior Consultant with) wide range of clients, handling their public reputation through different PR campaigns.

Experience:  A minimum of 3-5 year PR experience in working in Corporate or Agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Structuring and implementing PR campaigns and media content, aligning them with the client’s key business objectives
  • Develop media materials, including news releases, articles and other written materials
  • Develop and maintain relationship with media network
  • Liaise with clients and act as key point of contact in support of senior consultants
  • Identify new business opportunities, and sell ideas, promotions and features to clients
  • Manage workloads of multiple projects
  • Organize and manage client events, including press conferences, media tour, promotional client events
  • Manage and supervise the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programmes upon request;
  • Supervise Account Executive’s workload, provide leadership and direction to the team on key activities and campaigns.
  • Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
  • Track and reconcile project fee and expense budgets
  • Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns
  • Monitor news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong management skill towards Client, Staff, Media, Vendors, Events
  • Have relationships with press and Government contacts
  • Good understanding of social media
