Thailand, Taiwan and Japan markets lead the nominations for Agoda Gold Circle Awards

Digital Travel Platform, Agoda, has today announced the winners of its coveted 14th annual Agoda Gold Circle Awards (GCA). With travel markets opening up to international travel worldwide, this year’s Gold Circle Awards have been presented to more than 2000 properties in 41 markets. For the fourth consecutive year, Thailand retained its top spot with Taiwan soaring to the second spot, followed by Japan. India entered the Top 10 list for the first time while South Korea, Malaysia, United States, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam retained their spots in the top ten rankings.

In addition, China has the highest number of properties that won awards for four consecutive years, followed by Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Maldives, Vietnam, Indonesia, and South Korea.

Every year, the awards are presented to properties who have proven their place among the best, providing excellent value, pricing, service excellence and flexibility to guests. These hotels have worked proactively with Agoda to meet the constantly evolving opportunities open to partners and have not only set new benchmarks for themselves but also for the industry.

“Year on year, The Gold Circle Awards have given Agoda the chance to recognize partners who are expanding the boundaries of service and hospitality and also collectively move the industry forward in catering to evolving customer demands. In its 14th year, The Gold Circle Awards also continues the tradition of helping Agoda teams globally to evaluate changing industry dynamics, create improved products and services, and better drive our innovation practices,” said Liyana Jamil, Vice President of Partner Services, Agoda.

Winners will be featured on Agoda’s dedicated landing page (available on 1-31 December 2022) and honored with a digital Gold Circle Award badge, along with Agoda Growth Express (AGX) credits, a special credit to boost marketing on the website. In an ongoing partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Agoda has made a donation to plant 5,000 trees on behalf of all GCA winners worldwide. This is a continuation of an idea that started two years ago to replace plastic gifts and raise awareness of environmental issues.

Thái Lan, Đài Loan và Nhật Bản dẫn đầu đề cử giải thưởng Agoda Gold Circle Awards

Nền tảng cung cấp dịch vụ du lịch trực tuyến Agoda vừa công bố danh sách thắng giải thưởng thường niên Agoda Gold Circle Awards (GCA) lần thứ 14. Trong bối cảnh thị trường du lịch quốc tế đang phục hồi mạnh mẽ trên toàn thế giới, giải thưởng Gold Circle Awards năm nay đã được trao cho hơn 2.000 khách sạn tại 41 thị trường. Năm 2022 đánh dấu lần thứ 4 liên tiếp giữ vững vị trí đầu bảng của Thái Lan, và Đài Loan vươn lên vị trí thứ hai, theo sau là Nhật Bản. Ấn Độ lần đầu tiên lọt vào Top 10, trong khi Hàn Quốc, Malaysia, Hoa Kỳ, Indonesia, Philippines và Việt Nam vẫn giữ vững vị thế của mình trong bảng xếp hạng Top 10.
Ngoài ra, Trung Quốc là quốc gia có số lượng khách sạn giành giải thưởng nhiều nhất trong 4 năm liên tiếp, kế đó là Philippines, Thái Lan, Nhật Bản, Đài Loan, Maldives, Việt Nam, Indonesia và Hàn Quốc.

Hằng năm, giải thưởng được trao tặng cho các cơ sở lưu trú hàng đầu mang lại giá trị tuyệt vời với giá cả hợp lý, dịch vụ chất lượng và tiện ích ưu việt nhất cho du khách. Các khách sạn này đã và đang hợp tác tích cực cùng Agoda với mục đích không chỉ đáp ứng những cơ hội phát triển không ngừng rộng mở với các đối tác, mà còn thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn mới cho chính họ và toàn ngành.

Những khách sạn đoạt giải sẽ được vinh danh trên trang web chuyên đề của Agoda (từ ngày 1 đến ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2022) cùng với biểu tượng giải thưởng Gold Circle Award và tín chỉ Agoda Growth Express (AGX), một loại chứng nhận đặc biệt giúp tăng cường tiếp thị trên trang web. Hợp tác với Tổ chức Quốc tế về Bảo tồn Thiên nhiên (WWF), Agoda đã và đang đại diện cho tất cả các đơn vị đoạt giải GCA trên toàn thế giới quyên góp 5.000 cây xanh. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer  will be responsible for creating visual elements, such as images, illustrations, and text, to communicate messages through digital, print, and other types of media.  

 

Experience:  2 years at minimum

Employment Type: Full time

 

SCOPE OF WORK

– Design advertising assets for marketing materials, digital banner/illustration for social channels, marketing documents

– Support editing, creating effects, video clips at basic functions

– Support activities that require proper visual such as Photography, filming, set-up, ..

– Support internal team to generate design ideas for content and marketing layout

 

QUALIFICATIONS

– At least 2-year experiences working in the same position (experience in agency is a plus)

– Excel in design software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

– Able to convey message / idea into design

 – Must have an creative “eye” to match client’s design guideline/style

– Supportive  and Proactive in working with minimum supervision

– Able to work under pressure to meet deadline

– English speaking is preferable

 

VIETNAMESE COPY WRITER

Are you the sort of person for whom the words never stop falling from your fingers? We are always on the lookout for copywriters with a creative flair, a journalism background…or preferably both!

Experience: You tell us! Were you a journalist before? Or were you just the kid that was always asked to read their stories to the class. We’d love to hear your story.

Employment type: Full time – Permanence 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in either editorial or creative copywriting
  • Existing media network would be advantageous
  • Ability to write on varied topics and for varied media (including traditional, social, online, web and so forth)
  • Spoken English definitely preferred but not essential

  • A strong command of the Vietnamese language
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong Discipline, Reliable, Committed and Can-do attitude
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

This position supports senior staff with agency’s client work across a diverse range of sectors. Not only will creative writing and translating skills need to be qualified but Account Executive also needs a good grasp of online social media practices.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Monitoring  news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients
  • Preparing client reports by daily, weekly, monthly
  • Developing media materials, including news releases, client meeting summaries, articles quarterly/annual report and other written materials in English and Vietnamese
  • Supporting planning, developing and implementing PR plan
  • Building and maintaining media relations
  • Preparing and supervising the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programs upon request;
  • Supporting  organizing and managing client events, including press conferences, media tour,  promotional client events
  • Managing vendors to control production quality  on behalf of client
  • Collating, analyzing and measuring coverage outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive, quick minded, attention to details personality
  • Good copy writing skill
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Have the interest and drive to learn how to master the core skills and capabilities needed to deliver all aspects of a campaign
  • Design experience would be an advantage
  • Related experience in agency environment preferred
  • Willing to travel when requested

 

 

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER

This position is a key member of the team involving and managing multiple client accounts. While leading and supervising junior staff’s workload, Consultant (or as Account Manager) will be also seen directly managing (or supporting Senior Consultant with) wide range of clients, handling their public reputation through different PR campaigns.

Experience:  A minimum of 3-5 year PR experience in working in Corporate or Agency

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Structuring and implementing PR campaigns and media content, aligning them with the client’s key business objectives
  • Develop media materials, including news releases, articles and other written materials
  • Develop and maintain relationship with media network
  • Liaise with clients and act as key point of contact in support of senior consultants
  • Identify new business opportunities, and sell ideas, promotions and features to clients
  • Manage workloads of multiple projects
  • Organize and manage client events, including press conferences, media tour, promotional client events
  • Manage and supervise the production of promotional videos, photographs, and multimedia programmes upon request;
  • Supervise Account Executive’s workload, provide leadership and direction to the team on key activities and campaigns.
  • Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
  • Track and reconcile project fee and expense budgets
  • Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of PR campaigns
  • Monitor news on newspapers, magazines, online media for opportunities for clients

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation

  • Strong management skill towards Client, Staff, Media, Vendors, Events
  • Have relationships with press and Government contacts
  • Good understanding of social media
  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
